U.S. Citizenship and
Immigration Services (USCIS)
The USCIS is responsible for the administration of immigration and
naturalization adjudication functions and establishing immigration
services policies and priorities. USCIS processes all immigrant and
non-immigrant benefits provided to visitors of the United States,
including:

close relatives to immigrate, gain permanent residency, work, etc.;

eligibility, production and issuance of immigration documents.
