Anna Buskila joined Minsky, McCormick, & Hallagan, P.C. in 2018 as an associate attorney. Anna’s practice currently focuses on the employment-based immigration matters, particularly the PERM labor certification process. She also has experience handling H-1B and L-1 visas, as well as family-based immigration law, including waivers, visa processing and adjustment of status applications. Prior to joining our firm, Anna practiced employment-based immigration law at another local Chicago firm.
During law school, Anna was an extern with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and clerked for various immigration firms. Anna was also the recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Evidence, Family and Employment Immigration Practice, and Legal Writing 4. Anna also volunteered her time interpreting for Russian-speaking clients of the National Immigrant Justice Center (NIJC).
